Links for navigation are at the top and bottom of each page. Click on the CMS National Training Program (NTP) icon in the top left corner to return to the home page. "My Training" is your personalized course page. Use the breadcrumb links at the top to navigate back to display all of the training categories.
The "Course Catalog" page is the best starting point to search or filter for courses. Courses can be found by a keyword search in the text field or by choosing from the 'Narrow your Search' checkboxes. Click "Search" for your result list.
The "Browse Topics" page helps you find related courses and resources. An alphabetical link search feature is available to help filter results.
The "Resources" page includes job aids, videos, and tools to supplement your learning.
The "Announcements" page lists events, news topics, upcoming webinars, new course announcements, workshops, and other current topics.
"My Training" has your training content. You must log in to view course content. When you first register, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address you provide. Click on the link to confirm.
To reset your password, click on the "Forgotten password?" link on the login page.
Five tags are primarily used for the courses: Self-paced online training, In-person training, Webinars - Live and recorded, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs). These tags help in easing the search process.
To register for a course, click "Enroll me." Upon clicking "Enroll me," you will be sent a mail welcoming you to the course. Enrolling in any course adds that course to the list of courses in My Training. You can access this course any time you wish from your "My Training" page.
Certificates and Transcripts can be found in the Enrollments and Transcripts block located on the left side of the My Training home page. If the course offers a certificate, once you fulfill all the requirements, the certificate link turns blue and you can download or print it. The certificate will be inaccessible until you satisfy the course requirements.
These options are available by clicking on your name in the upper right side of the screen: * "Dashboard" is a personalized page with links to your courses and related activities (such as unread forum posts and/or upcoming assignments). * Selecting "Grades" allows you to view your grades and track your progress. * Selecting "Preferences" allows you to edit your profile, change your password, and set your preferred language.
