Links for navigation are below the carousel of the landing page and at the top of all other pages. "My Training" is your personalized course page. Select the CMS National Training Program (NTP) logo or the "Home" icon at the top of the screen to return to the home page.

The "Full Catalog" page is the best starting point. You may browse to view all of our events and resources. You may also search or filter for specific items on the list. Events and resources can be found by a keyword search in the text field or by going to the filter menu and selecting Language, file type, or common topics to narrow results.

The "Live Events" page displays synchronous events that will occur at a future date. You may browse the list, or choose to search, or filter for specific items.

The "Past Events" page displays recorded versions of our live events after they occur. You may browse the list, or choose to search, or filter for specific items.

These self-paced courses are designed to be completed in an hour or less and cover a wide range of Medicare Program-related topics.

The "Resources" page includes job aids, Medicare modules, videos, and other tools to supplement your learning. You may browse the list, or choose to search, or filter for specific items.

"My Training" displays courses you've registered for or completed. You must have an account and log in to view your training content. When you first create an account, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address you provide. Select the link to confirm.

To reset your password, click on the "Forgotten password?" link on the My Training page.

To register for a course, select "Visit" to view the course details. You'll be prompted to login and enroll. After you enroll in an event, you'll get an email confirmation which will include a calendar appointment. Enrolling in any course adds it to the list of courses on your "My Training" page. You can access this course any time from your "My Training" page.

Certificates of completion will be available after you log in on the same page you accessed to launch the course. Once you fulfill all the requirements, the certificate link turns blue, and you can download or print it. The certificate will be inaccessible until you satisfy the course requirements.

When logged in, this option is available by selecting your name in the upper right side of the screen. Selecting "Preferences" allows you to edit your profile, change your password, and set your preferred language.
